Background From aboard the Research Vessel Ed Ricketts, UCLA performed CTD transects between August 22-24, 2000. The Seabird SeaCat Profiler SBE 19 (unpumped) housed conductivity, temperature, and pressure sensors. UCLA also performed towfish transects using a Guildline Minibat Towed Profiler 8820 that housed an Applied Microsystems Ltd. Smart CTD, a SeaTech/WetLabs Fluorometer, and a WetLabs C-Star. |
